With customised ERP, which has developed specifically for our operations, we have digitalised almost all the processes in the operation. This helps us to record, monitor and analyse all the process parameters with reference UID number of specific component.
With continuous Lean Initiatives, we have reduced various wastages, streamlined the operations with maximum space utilisation by reducing floorspace with Vertical Storage Systems.
