We have Inhouse Die Cast Rotor Test Bench Facility which we have indigenously developed with our own expertise of Die Casting Process as well as its co-relation with Motor performance. With this system, we can find if there is any Cut bar in the Rotor Slot. We even can precisely locate the Cut Bar of the specific Rotor, if any. This analysis with help of Rotor Test Bench further helps us define and execute our processes more accurately in order to produce defect free products.
With robust process mapping & stringent process controls followed by Rotor Test Bench, Sadguru Industries ensures that we supply defect free products to our customers all the time.
This helps us to become the green channel supplier by ensuring 0 Test Bed Rejection at customer’s place during motor assembly, which further saves a lot of time, resources and cost for our customers.
