We, at Sadguru Industries, manufacture Aluminium Die Cast Rotors for Frame as small as Frame-63 to as big as Frame-250.
We manufacture Die Cast Rotors in EC Grade Aluminium (i.e. Aluminium with purity of 99.7%) for numerous Motor Applications such as 3-Ph Induction Motor, Single Phase Induction Motors, Home Appliances Motors, Water Pumps, Ceiling Fans. Recently we even have Die Cast Rotors for critical application such as Electrical Vehicle Motors.
We also Manufacture Die Cast Rotors in LM6 Grade Aluminium. These Aluminium Die Cast Rotors have used specifically for Electrical Motors, which require High Starting Torque such as Crane Duty Motors etc.
To create more Value for our esteemed customers, we have even started Shrink Fitting, Turning and Balancing operations. These post die casting operations help us deliver Balanced Die Cast Rotors to our customer, if required. Since we are supplying Balanced Die Cast Rotor in the same time frame where we were supplying only Die Cast Rotors, we have reduced the supply chain time by at least 2/3 days.
